Marcus, has San Antonio gotten that bad? A friend of mine went down there about 10 years ago and said it was one of the nicest cities she's been to.

It's gotten pretty bad...A friend of mine who's a policeman who deals with gang related issues, told me that it's gotten pretty bad with the Mexican Mafia there and all the gangs. Before I even knew how bad it got...I went...and was disappointed how screwed up it is these days. Downtown is still nice, but news always reports of tourist getting carjacked, robbed, killed....some in daytime. Sure robbery, murders, and carjacking happens pretty much everywhere, but SA was never known for that...now it seems that's all that is on the news...Gangs retaliating and all that ignorant uneducated gang bullshit.

By the way...if ya do decide to go to San Antonio one day....Stay in the Downtown area.....I wouldn't get caught in a rural road out of downtown.
